1. Re-visit single cell / tissue micro-region of interest using CyteFinder® software.
2. Pick a single cell / tissue micro-region from AccuCyte slide using the CytePicker® Module.
3. Deposit single cell / tissue micro-region into PCR imaging tube.
4. Confirm deposition of single cell / tissue micro-region by imaging on CyteFinder®.
