This is a sample of Orion imaging utilizing an Orion biomarker panel. Whole-slide tissue section of an invasive colorectal adenocarcinoma was stained with a 17-plex immuno-oncology biomarker panel and imaged with the Orion system in a single staining and imaging process.

  • Only non-cyclic spatial biology system for translational through clinical studies.
  • 17-plex – stain all in a single cocktail and add to your slide, image all channels and all biomarkers at the same time, one time.
  • No Cycling. No tissue degradation, save your precious sample.
  • Large tissue sections, two small tissue sections on one slide, the largest whole slide area
  • Little hands-on time, stain all at once, one time, AND image all channels/markers at the same time, one time – accelerate sample to data timing.
  • No special coverslips. Use std IHC tools you already have. Bench top size.
  • Choose an off-the-shelf panel or easily customize to your needs by removing/adding markers of your choice.
