The Orion platform represents a paradigm shift for spatial biology by enabling single-round 20-channel staining and imaging of specimens mounted on standard glass microscope slides. Our single-round workflow provides numerous advantages for high-plex studies, including high sample throughput with low running costs to enable large cohort studies and multiple studies per week while preserving tissue for pristine data quality.
The seminar will review the Orion technology and quantitative workflow, and also show some results from University of Oklahoma samples.
The group discussion after the seminar will focus onconcepts related to panel design and implementation of Orion into research, translational, and clinical settings.
